Pauric Kettyles Fundraising Raffle (Update)

Last week our friend and colleague, Pauric suffered a serious medical emergency whilst on holidays in America (at the time of writing this is thought to have been a cardiac arrest).

While he is being described as still critical, we are comforted by news that he is now in a more stable condition, but will require ongoing care and essential tests while remaining state side. His recovery will be significantly aided by the presence of family who travelled once they received the news. We dearly want to help to reduce the financial worries for his loved ones by organising a fundraiser. In his spare time Pauric plays football for a local team and his Fermanagh community have already been phenomenally generous so we thought we would widen the fundraising net with a raffle.

Balcas/Energy are donating a pack of 40 Sleepers and a Tonne of Pellets (either blown or bagged) as prizes. We hope to raise £5000 by selling tickets at £20 each, 2 winners will have their choice of either prize. We will run the competition to a maximum of 250 entries or until Friday 5th May, whichever is soonest.

If you wish to enter please send a PayPal payment of £20/€22.50 to reception@balcas.com (using FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY option to avoid fees) and we will let you know your entry number by return. Prizes will be delivered anywhere in the UK or Ireland free of charge.

We were delighted to reach our fundraising target and thanks to the generosity of Friends of Balcas, Customer and Suppliers were able to donate £5200 to the above campaign.

Congratulations to our winners Teona and Jo, drawn using an online random number selector. Both of whom have opted for pellets as their top prize!
