Now Recruiting for a Customer Engineering Technician

Balcas is one of Britain’s and Ireland’s largest wood products suppliers and has pioneered biomass renewable energy.  The Company is the UK and Ireland’s largest manufacturer and supplier of wood pellets, and currently manufactures 150,000 tonnes of brites fuel annually at dedicated pellet mills based in Scotland and Northern Ireland. This biomass fuel is used in both the industrial/commercial and domestic markets.

We presently are recruiting for a Customer Engineering Technician to provide service to our brites customers in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and when required the UK Mainland.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant technical engineering qualification such as an NVQ L3 in a technical discipline – electrical, mechanical or plumbing, and have a solid background as a service engineer on Biomass boilers.
