New Emotional Wellbeing Support For Balcas Staff
This week and to coincide with #WorldMentalHealthDay Balcas launched a bespoke counselling service for its 370+ valued employees.
The Lighthouse Charity have been contracted to provide confidential services to ensure the emotional wellbeing of our team. Trained professionals will be on hand to help staff identify well-being and mental health issues and provide support to solve them via a direct telephone number and/or email facility.
Balcas has invested in the health and safety of our people over many years and we recognize their emotional health is as important.
